Lindsay's first yoga class was when she was a 14 year old high school student. She was introduced to tree pose, corpse pose + guided visualization. This first exploration of yoga made a sweet + lasting impression, initiating a curiosity that would guide Lindsay on her path as a student + teacher.
With over 1000 hours of training Lindsay is certified in Annie Carpenter's method; SmartFLOW. Her practice is inspired by the rhythms of nature and her teachers - Annie Carpenter, Katchie Ananda + Stephanie Snyder.
Lindsay's dynamic classes invite students to explore transition, stability + fluidity;
weaving focused + intentional movement together with laughter + lightheartedness.
